Can I have a true friend?

My mom always says to me that I should lose weight.( Actually,I am totally normal,I am in a standard weight.I mean, Korean women are too thin.) She might think if I lose weight, I could have many friends.

But I said to her
"Do you really think that I can get a friend if I look pretty?"


I have got some fear to be a friend of someone since I unfriended my old friends 8years ago.
